Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until well mixed. Add Bisquick mix and baking cocoa; beat on low speed until combined.
Turn the mixer on low and slowly beat until a very soft dough is formed. In large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add in the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt), mix into the dough.
Add in red food coloring, vanilla and vinegar.
Place the butter, cream cheese, both sugars, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
Add egg and beat until mixed completely. Slowly add egg, vanilla extract and red food coloring and mix to combine. Now add the red food color.
